Teams & Systems Go Hand in Hand!

To become a REAL childcare boss, the first thing anyone needs is a mindset for success, and being prepared for the challenge of doing the work to make their business grow.


You can’t do it alone though and that’s why it’s so important to count on a great team to provide the best quality service, but what happens if you have a great team but don’t have systems in place to RUN your business?


You’re right, it’s absolute CHAOS! Not having a clear plan will not only slow your business down, but will also burn you out real quick, so I want to share with you three simple steps you need to take in order to create your systems:


  • Identify. Take note of every activity you need to do every day in order for your business to run, from general to specifics.

  • Plan. Break down what each activity requires to be completed from start to finish: tools, strategies, people, etc.

  • Execute. Put your systems to the test to make sure they’re working how you intended and train the right people for them.


Remember that practice makes perfect and there will surely be new steps added to improve each process, but it’s important to have a go-to plan before implementing. With a solid team and systems in place, you will free up time to work on other aspects of your business.
