You’ve been asking and now it’s here! I’m so excited to be headed to your city to work hands-on alongside childcare owners. I will be reviewing your overall childcare business to come up with solutions, and ways to help your center to grow, and scale, so you can spend time working ON the business rather than IN the business.

I will be looking at staffing, onboarding processes, systems, professionalism, classrooms, files, aesthetics (they matter), budgets, automation, marketing, and everything in between.

I have an entire agenda, so it will be a lot of work! When I leave, you will receive a detailed report with my findings, suggestions, and immediate ways to make improvements in your childcare business, as well as resources.

I also have the VIP option where you come to me. Spend the day working alongside me & my management team at my center. Come see how I run my childcare center, which allows me my freedom while still running a high quality program.
